Knowing that, DNB has been working with the TIBER-NL program since June 2016. TIBER stands for Threat Intelligence-Based Ethical Red teaming.
It comprises hack tests at financial institutions, with realistic scenarios based on current threat intelligence.
The aim is to make financial institutions more cyber resilient against sophisticated cyber-attacks as they can learn from best practices.

Vincent is working as a Senior Manager for EY for the FSO Cyber security practice in the Netherlands. The clients I serve are mainly Financial Services Organizations (Banking and Capital Markets, Asset Managers, Health insurance, Life and Non-life insurance companies).
My main focus at EY is cyber security. I’m a subject matter expert in security transformation, cyber threat intelligence, managed security services, cyber threat and risk management and data leakage / loss prevention (DLP).
In the cyber security space I have a lot of experience in mobile security, cloud security, attack & penetration testing, security baseline configuration and reviews, secure software development, ISO27001 audits, SOC implementation and am keen on developing new products and services. Outside the cyber/information security space I have vast experience in operational and compliance audits both from an internal audit as external audit perspective.
