ISACA NL Chapter zoekt twee nieuwe leden voor de kascommissie.
De kascommissie controleert de financiële administratie ISACA NL en doet daarvan verslag aan het bestuur en de Algemene Ledenvergadering (ALV). Leden van de kascommissie moeten voldoende kennis van de materie hebben om de financiële situatie te kunnen beoordelen. De kascommissie wordt in de ALV benoemd voor een periode van 2 jaar, met een verlenging van 2 jaar. Als lid van de kascommissie ontvang je 20 CPE punten voor je inzet.
Taken en bevoegdheden van de kascommissie
De belangrijkste taak van de kascommissie is het beoordelen van de jaarrekening. Als de kascommissie de boeken in orde bevindt, doet zij de aanbeveling om de penningmeester (en de overige bestuursleden) te dechargeren voor het gevoerde financiële beleid. Uiteindelijk beslist de algemene ledenvergadering of het advies van de kascommissie wordt gevolgd.
De taken van de kascommissie op een rij:
- Controle van de financiële administratie van de vereniging;
- Rapport uitbrengen aan de ALV;
- Advies uitbrengen inzake vaststelling balans en exploitatierekening;
- Advies uitbrengen aan bestuur en algemene ledenvergadering over financiële vraagstukken.
Profiel lid kascommissie
- Je bent lid van ISACA NL Chapter;
- Je hebt een basis financiële kennis om de boekhouding te kunnen controleren;
- Je bent niet lid het bestuur en bent in de afgelopen 2 jaar niet lid geweest van het bestuur van ISACA NL;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal (in woord en geschrift);
- Je bent na verwachting 18 uur per jaar beschikbaar.

ISACA NL Chapter is looking for two new members for the financial committee
The financial committee checks the financial administration of ISACA NL and reports thereon to the board and the General Members Meeting (GMM). Members of the financial committee must have sufficient knowledge of the subject matter to be able to assess the financial situation. The committee is appointed by the GMM for a period of 2 years, with an extension of 2 years. As a member of the committee you will receive 20 CPE points for your efforts.
Tasks and powers of the financial committee
The most important task of the financial committee is to assess the annual financial statements. If the committee finds the books in order, it will recommend that the treasurer (and the other board members) be discharged for the financial policy pursued. Ultimately, the GMM decides whether the advice of the committee will be followed.
The tasks of the audit committee in short:
- Control of the financial administration of the association;
- Report to the GMM;
- Provide advice on establishing the balance sheet and operating account;
- Provide advice to the board and general meeting of members on financial issues.
Profile of a financial committee member
- You are a member of ISACA NL;
- You have basic financial knowledge to be able to check the accounting;
- You are not a member of the board and have not been a member of the board of ISACA NL in the past 2 years;
- You are proficient in the Dutch language (spoken and written word);
- You are expected to be available 18 hours per year.
