In this presentation Ali Alam will explain more about the first batch of DORA Regulatory and Implementation Technical Standards, what it actually entails and how it is applied. Moreover a comparison with existing IT and IT-related laws and regulations is presented to pinpoint the new requirements, the challenges it poses for the financial sector and what financial institutions can do already to anticipate on the implementation of these Regulatory and Implementation Technical Standards.
