During this session you’ll be informed about the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and current developments regarding secondary use of health data in the Netherlands. What is the EHDS, what are national goals and ambitions and why is this important? The session is interactive, so there is plenty of opportunity for questions and discussions.
Tom van den Heuvel is a Public Policy and Affairs advisor at Health-RI. He works on stakeholdermanagement, policy making and the lobby regarding secondary use of health data in the Netherlands and Europe.
Together with the Ministry of Health and other national organizations, he is closely involved in designing the implementation of the European Health Data Space in the Netherlands.
