SheLeadsTech

ISACA’s commitment to advancing gender diversity and women in leadership roles within IS/IT professions.

The gender imbalance in our served professions stems from structural and cultural issues that clash with the tech industry’s values of innovation, creativity, and diverse thinking. As an industry-leading organization that serves digital trust professionals around the world, ISACA is focused on putting an end to gender inequality.

SheLeadsTech empowers women to enhance their professional skills and advocate for their career advancement.

SheLeadsTech is founded on 3 program pillars:

  • RAISING AWARENESS – We engage with current and future global professionals and allies to increase diverse representation within our industry sectors.
  • PREPARING TO LEAD – Our training and skills development programs offer opportunities to elevate more female leaders in the digital space.
  • BUILDING GLOBAL ALLIANCES – Through strategic partnerships and volunteer support, we empower our network and support our chapters in confronting the unique challenges in their countries and regions.

The ISACA Netherlands Chapter has a SheLeadsTech working group which aims to create awareness and address the pillars by organizing events, both online and physically, preferably with the support of Netherlands-based organizations or similar communities or associations.
