As organizations across Europe accelerate digital transformation and adopt emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud services, and interconnected digital ecosystems, trust has become a critical business enabler. However, building and sustaining digital trust requires more than strong cybersecurity controls or regulatory compliance. It requires effective governance that aligns innovation, risk management, regulatory expectations, and stakeholder confidence.

This session explores how governance frameworks and oversight practices help organizations move beyond technical implementation toward sustainable digital trust. Participants will examine the growing influence of European regulations such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and digital resilience initiatives, while gaining practical insights into how governance can support responsible innovation, strengthen accountability, and enhance organizational and ecosystem trust. Through real-world examples and actionable strategies, attendees will learn how governance serves as the foundation for transforming technology adoption into lasting confidence for customers, regulators, and society.
