He is the founder and owner of RCS Consultancy & Business Development B.V., with more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, business process integration, and organizational improvement. His passion lies in helping organizations achieve excellence by aligning people, processes, and technology—ensuring that operational models not only comply with standards but also create tangible value.

Robert’s expertise spans business process management, enterprise architecture, risk management, quality systems, and cybersecurity. He holds multiple certifications, including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, TOGAF9 Enterprise Architect, ISO 31000 Risk Management Trainer, CRISC and CISM. This broad foundation enables me to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, guiding organizations in complex industries such as petrochemicals, defense, education, banking, and healthcare.

As a trainer, assessor, and curriculum developer at CBT, NCOI, IMF, AIIM, and The Hague Graduate School, he brings the same philosophy into the classroom: knowledge must be practical, applicable, and directly valuable to both the individual and their organization. He challenges students to think critically, apply international standards, and develop skills they can implement immediately on the work floor.
