Julien Runia has a strong hands-on background in programming and securing industrial automation systems, including PLCs, DCS, SIS, and HMI platforms. He is currently an Operational Technology Security Subject Matter Expert within the CISO Office of Shell Information Technology International, based in The Hague, Netherlands, where he supports Shell’s global OT landscape through consultancy, assurance, and risk-management services.
