Drs. Nard Janssens, Strategic IT-Business controller Dutch Government, PhD candidate TU Delft

Nard Janssens has over 20 years of experience in IT service management, risk management, business control, IT governance and IT business value at the Dutch central government. Nard is also a lecturer in Public Financial Management and Control for foreign governments who are preparing to join the EU. For the past 2 years, Nard is doing PhD research at TU Delft on the governance of public partnerships and interest alignment.
