Max Chernousov (CISA, CIA, CEH) is co-founder of foundrun, where he takes startups and scale-ups through SOC 2 and ISO 27001 – from implementation to a passed audit – inside the tools they already use. He also runs CyberUp, his security and IT audit practice. Between the two FoundRun founders there are more than 40 years of hands-on experience on the defending side, at organisations including PepsiCo, Booking.com, Mollie, Gorillas and Deloitte. Max’s focus is the question this audience deals with in practice: what evidence actually holds up when the auditor asks for it.
