Manon van Rietschoten

Manon has extensive experience helping global technology companies and financial institutions navigate complex regulatory and operational challenges. Her work focuses on Trust & Safety, AI governance, digital regulation, technology risk, and large-scale transformation programs. Manon has led numerous Digital Services Act (DSA), Digital Markets Act (DMA), AI Act, and technology risk assessments, working closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams to design practical and scalable solutions.

Passionate about creating a safer digital world, she regularly advises organizations on emerging regulatory requirements, online safety, child protection and AI governance.

In addition to her role at KPMG, Manon serves as a board member of NOREA, the Dutch professional association for IT auditors, where she contributes to the future of technology assurance and digital trust.
