Dwayne Valkenburg
My name is Dwayne Valkenburg, I work as an IT Auditor and IT Risk & Compliance Manager. Since 2006, I have been active in the Managed IT Services & IT Outsourcing sector as an IT Engineer, switching to the IT Auditing profession at a BIG4 firm in 2013 and as of 2017, I founded Cyberus, an IT Assurance, Advisory & Consultancy firm.
I am also active on a voluntary basis since November 2014 with the professional associations the NOREA, ISACA and the IIA as, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Young Profs committees. In recent years, I have been responsible within the ISACA Board, with all events, webinars and conferences of ISACA Netherlands, as well as the Privacy and Young Profs working groups.
As of June 2022, I could call myself chairman of ISACA Netherlands and together with an enthusiastic and, above all, fun group of fellow volunteers, we may together offer a platform where we jointly take the profession of IT Auditing, IT Governance, IT Compliance, IT Security & IT Risk Management to a higher level.

This solution, now internationally patented, is part of the Triple-i password improvement methodology with which the quality of passwords can be managed structurally, measurably and across the organization for the first time. Andy is passionate about emerging technology adoption. He designs systems (architecture, operating model, and governance) for responsible adoption of cloud and AI technologies.
Believing that the most helpful question for designing reliable and responsible information systems is “How will this fail?”, he approaches technology adoption with a critical eye for potential challenges and solutions.
Andy enjoys connecting facts, concepts, ideas, and solutions, continually exploring innovative ways to advance technology adoption.

Jack Krul
Jack Krul is Corporate Information Security Officer (CISO) at Exact, a leading cloud software company based in the Netherlands. With a background rooted in IT and a sharp eye for business strategy, Jack leads Exact’s Security and Data Protection Office, making sure their cloud services stay safe and resilient. He’s passionate about making cybersecurity accessible, practical, and aligned with real business needs — a perspective he regularly shares at events like the ISF World Congress. Jack brings hands-on insights from the field, especially around challenges like securing companies during mergers and acquisitions. His studies at TIAS School for Business and Society helped him build the skills to turn complex security problems into real-world solutions.
Jack’s passion for cybersecurity goes far beyond the boardroom. He’s a strong believer in early digital education and has volunteered to teach kids in Delft about online safety, tackling topics like cyberbullying and phishing in a way that sticks. His approach — blending leadership, community impact, and real-world experience — makes him a speaker who connects with both technical and business audiences. Jack’s style is direct, relatable, and focused on turning security from a roadblock into a real business advantage. Mark is author, co-owner of I-INC, Global CISO at IMCD and teacher at several business schools and universities. Over the last 24 years he gained experience at about 80 organizations in 17 countries in the area of Digital Security, IT Governance & Strategy and IT Management & Restructuring

Ulrika Dellrud
A globally recognized expert in privacy, data, AI, digital ethics, and ESG, with 25 years of operational and strategic experience. Ulrika has served as EMEA and global chief privacy officer for major multinational companies and currently holds the position of Chief Privacy & Data Ethics Officer at Smarter Contracts. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director, advising startups on data strategies.
Actively engaged with global regulators, she is a European Data Protection Board advisor and a long-time advisory board member of the IAPP, where she also serves on the AI governance board. A Swedish and US-qualified attorney and New York Bar member, she has been recognized for her exceptional contributions to privacy, receiving the inaugural IAPP Hughes Leaders Award in 2022.
Ulrika is a board member and certification director at ISACA Belgium, a dedicated mentor and coach, and actively supports Women in Privacy and ISACA’s SheLeadsTech program, advocating for the development of young professionals in the data field.

Ramzy El-Masry
Experienced Information Security Professional, Engineering degree in Computer & Systems Engineering, Multinational Experience, Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) Experience, Security Consulting Pro-Bono/Paid for both NGO/NPO & Corporates, IT Audit, Pen Testing, SOC Strategic Planning & Implementation, SIEM Implementations, Cloud Adoption & Security, holding certifications vendor related/non-vendor related including (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT), worked in multiple roles from purely technical roles, to managerial and advisory.
I am also a board member of ISACA Netherlands Chapter leading the Square Tables Committee and the Global Relations & Marketing, a volunteer role that allows me to share my knowledge and insights with other security professionals from different ISACA chapters worldwide.


Eric Mantelaers
Eric Mantelaers is a Professor of Applied Sciences at the Future Proof Auditor Lectorate of Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and at the post-initial accounting course at Maastricht University. Eric also regularly acts as a lecturer at the FHR School of Business in Paramaribo and as a supervisor of Master Theses students at Nyenrode Business University. Eric obtained his PhD on the relationship between Audit Technology and Audit Quality. He elaborates on this theme in his professorship.

Daniela Almeida Lourenço
Daniela de Almeida Lourenço is an information security practitioner who bridges the gap between tech and cultural savvy. With international experience and with a unique academic background – a Master’s in Communication and Cultural Studies and an Executive Master’s in Cybersecurity -, she understands the human element of information security in Tech and in organizations’ own cultural nuances. Daniela also holds top cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CISSP, C|CISO) and leverages this competence as Chief Information Security Officer. She advocates for crafting an attitude of security awareness, ensuring everyone plays a sustainable role in protecting information. She often contributes to the industry with thought-provoking keynotes, webinars and insightful panel discussions.
