Learning and sharing knowledge are paramount

‘Learning is my intrinsic motivation to work, but sharing knowledge and experience to help others move forward is also paramount,’ says Ghullam. This motivation also resonates with his ambitions as an ISACA board member: ‘I want to gain knowledge, experience and expertise in my role as secretary and director to help further professionalise the association, and facilitate fellow board members and members in the areas in my portfolio and beyond.’ Ghullam is focusing on his new duties as a board member. ‘Perhaps I will contribute more to the strategy and vision of ISACA NL Chapter in the future.’
